AlicePal Privacy Policy

AlicePal collects the minimum information needed to provide a persistent family experience: a verified parent email, protected sign-in credentials, child profiles created by the parent, creations, and compact memories that help Alice continue an adventure.

Child information is private to the family. AlicePal does not provide social feeds, direct messages with strangers, public child profiles, or advertising based on a child’s activity.

Parents can review and delete memories and family-created content. Parent views emphasize progress, shared creations, and safety events rather than live conversation surveillance.

Passwords, PINs, and verification codes are stored as secure digests. Private media is access-controlled. We retain information only as needed to operate the account, meet safety and legal duties, and honor parent choices.
